BPS Flourescent Polish #15 review + palm tree mani;

hi :)

a few weeks ago, i was offered to review a few items for Born Pretty Store; i got a few items so i'll split them up and do a few separate reviews. first review, Flourescent Polish #15.

two coats. the polish was just a bit thick but it applied beautifully. for being a bright neon, it covered perfectly in two coats ... just amazing! its sooo bright & pretty. looooove it :) its a vibrant, bright, neon yellow with slight green undertones.

here's a picture with flash. the color looks a bit shrek-ish here .. but irl, its not. just imagine less green.

i decided to do a bright, neon gradient...

this is my instagram'd picture so its not exactly color accurate. the pink is China Glaze's Flip Flop Fantasy.

then i decided to do a palm tree mani;

this picture shows the polish colors better ..

but this picture shows the gradient better. irl, the colors more neon & vibrant.

a big thanks to Born Pretty Store for the items. don't forget, if you want to order anything from BPS, you are always more than welcomed to use my coupon code and save 7% off your order! feel free to take advantage of it! :D the code is 'KL5X31' and it is good until September 6, 2012.

have a good one!,

  8. What a great set of nail designs! I've done a similar palm tree design recently but still have to upload the tutorial. I've also had some items from BPS, but I haven't gotten round to trying some of their neon polishes yet. The ones you have look amazing though, I'm going to have to try them! :-)

  9. Great color scheme! You must be an artist to make trees like that and perfectly round circles! When you get time, please show us step by step pictures in more detail because I would love to know how to do this!
