Nail Art Society - Denim Blues kit;

hi!

Nail Art Society's March kit was themed Denim Blues and it featured Habit Cosmetics! The kit includes one Habit Cosmetic nail polish, either in Belle Époque or Blue Velvet, and two small packages of zipper water decals, one in silver and one in gold.


This is 2 coats of Belle Époque, a periwinkle creme. I went with a "distressed" look, to make it look more like jeans, and I used the gold water decal zippers.


Less color accurate but this picture shows the water decals better.

Nail Art Society - Shattered Glass + Diamond Nails kit;

hi~

February's Nail Art Society kit was themed Shattered Glass & Diamond Nails. The kit includes Orly’s Pointe Blanche, Orly Instant Artist Striper in Grape, white mylar glitter flakes, and purple-pinkish loose glitter


All the items in the kit were used for this mani, you can kind of see the white flakies on my middle finger.

Nail Art Society - California Dreaming kit;

hi~

This month's Nail Art Society kit is themed California Dreaming. In this kit, you will receive Tangerine Dreams, a beautiful polish by Jessica Nail Polish, a baggie of half pearls, two rhinestone bows, and rhinestone stickers~


This is two coats of Tangerine Dreams. The rhinestone stickers are a bit thin so be careful when peeling them off. I absolutely loooove the bow and rhinestones though! I also added a few pearls with the rhinestones.

Nail Art Society - The Great Glitzy kit;

The most recent Nail Art Society kit is called The Great Glitzy and it is a collab with Floss Gloss. In the kit, you will receive Floss Gloss' Dimepiece or Stun, a pot of glitters (either silver or gold, depending on which glitter polish you received), a baggie of rhinestones and pearls, and an orange stick.


I received Dimepiece and this is the look that I came up with. I love it! It's so sparkly and glitzy and pretty!

Nail Art Society - Accent with Attitude kit;

The most recent Nail Art Society kit was a collab with Hex Nail Jewelry and Mint Polish. In the kit, you will receive a Mint Polish nail polish, three Hex Nail Jewelry charms, 2mm gold studs, and a nail glue for $11.95. Here are a few looks I came up with..


I’m using Mint Polish’s Sweet Liberty and H&M Stay Golden with an ‘I Do Nails’ charm from Hex Jewelry.


I used Mint Polish Czarina with a Hex Nail Jewelry fox charm.

Nail Art Society - I Love Studs kit;

As previously mentioned before, I am part of Nail Art Society's panel of Artists (previously Gurus). With that, I get the chance to try the kits & come up with manis before the subscribers receives the kit. Jessica polish in Black Matte, gold, hot pink, bright purple, and bright orange studs.




Here is what I came up with ... I used Black Matte as base, I used Jessica's Black Lustre for the stripes and on my thumb, and then used the gold studs that came in the kit.


Here is another angle of my nails which shows the zebra stripes a bit more.

Nail Art Society Guru?! + NAS Relaunch;

hi~

Sorry for the lack of updates lately; my computer is still kind of dead so I can't edit any pictures :( But, good news is that I am still doing my nails often -- you can check out my instagram for all my current manis~

Moving on, I want to share some exciting news; I have been honored with the privilege to be able to join Nail Art Society's awesome list of nail art Gurus. Seriously ... me? a 'guru' .. ?! How crazy! and look! I even get my own Guru page!

By the way, if you don't know about Nail Art Society, it is a monthly subscription for nail art kits; $9.95 a month plus $4.95 for kits that are worth more than the $14.90 that you'll be paying. Nail Art Society has been down for the past few months for some renovation but it is back up & running! The first kit, which will be sent out during the first week of September, will be featuring ORLY items! So if you're interested, you have a few more weeks to register~
